Our Story
Charlotte Expert Spray Foam Insulation started from a simple observation: most insulation contractors treat spray foam as one service among many. They apply it on Tuesdays between drywall jobs and carpet installs. We built our entire business around doing one thing -- spray polyurethane foam insulation -- and doing it better than anyone else in the Charlotte metro area.
Charlotte Expert Spray Foam Insulation was founded after years watching homeowners pay for insulation work that did not solve their actual problems -- high energy bills, uncomfortable rooms, moisture in the crawl space, or ice dams (less common in Charlotte but still relevant for our mountain-adjacent clients). The solution was almost always proper spray foam application, and the problem was almost always that the previous contractor did not understand the material well enough to apply it correctly.
We have been operating in Charlotte for over 20 years. In that time we have completed more than 500 residential and commercial spray foam projects across Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Iredell, and Gaston counties, as well as York County in South Carolina.
We are registered as NC LLC #G25000121967, fully licensed as an insulation contractor in North Carolina, and carry comprehensive general liability and workers compensation insurance. Every project comes with a workmanship warranty.
